Cancellation Policy

The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your session within 48 hours of the scheduled photo shoot date. By booking this session, you are agreeing to the non-refundable policy stated above. You also agree that Brea Inspired is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damages obtained to you and or personal items during, before, or after the photoshoot. You also agree that Brea Inspired retains all rights to any images taken during the photoshoot and that any images given to you (the client) are to be used for personal use only.
